拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)使用過程中注意事項(xiàng)
一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)負(fù)載時(shí)，指針振動(dòng)或行程停止
1、離合器齒輪磨損:需要修理或更換。

2、液壓油粘度過低或過高:液壓油粘度過低時(shí)擺降快，粘度高時(shí)擺降慢。 更換粘度適當(dāng)?shù)囊簤河汀?
3、緩沖閥、油管或液壓油臟:清洗緩沖閥、油管。 更換液壓油。
四、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)指針回零滯止或不穩(wěn)定
1. 指針軸承和主軸軸承腐蝕或油膩:清洗或更換軸承。
2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合:矯直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動(dòng)部件。
3. 緩沖閥內(nèi)有污物:清洗緩沖閥。
五、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)值正偏差
1. 短臂刀片松動(dòng):擰緊刀片。
2、擺錘重量輕:給砝碼重量(要考慮砝碼A、砝碼B、砝碼C)。
六、負(fù)偏差的主要原因是部件之間的摩擦阻力過大
1. 指針軸承、擺錘軸承和測力傳動(dòng)部件的摩擦阻力過大:主要調(diào)整和清潔軸承和測力傳動(dòng)部件。 消除異常摩擦阻力。
